For businesses on QuickBooks or XeroBuilt by a CFOFree 14-day trial

Run the company with a CFO's view, without the CFO.

Connect your books and Clockwork builds the 52-week cash flow forecast, the 5-year model, and the dashboards a CFO would charge $20,000 to build. Then it keeps them current, so you know what you can afford before you commit to it.

Sound familiar?

You know your business. You don't know what it can afford next month.

The accountant's report arrives three weeks after the month ends.

By then you've already made the hire, signed the lease, or passed on the deal. The numbers confirm what happened. They don't help you decide.

Cash looks fine right up until it isn't.

The bank balance says you're okay. It doesn't say that payroll, the quarterly tax payment, and the equipment invoice all land in the same week in July.

"Can I afford this?" gets answered with a gut feel.

A fractional CFO would model it. A fractional CFO is $5,000 a month. So the decision gets made on instinct and a spreadsheet from two years ago.

Clockwork is the finance team you haven't hired yet.

Questions owners ask

Plain answers, no jargon.

Still have one? Book a demo and ask a human.

Do I need a finance background to use this?

No. Clockwork was built for owners, not analysts. The forecast is built for you, the dashboard reads in plain English, and when you have a question you ask Mira the way you'd ask a CFO. If you can read a bank statement, you can use Clockwork.

Will it work with my accountant?

Yes. Many of our customers were introduced by their accounting firm, and many accountants use Clockwork to serve their clients. You can give your accountant a seat at no extra cost, since every plan has unlimited users.

How accurate is the forecast?

It's built on your full books, not just the bank balance, which is why it catches the weeks where payroll and a tax payment overlap. It updates every time the books change, so it never goes stale the way a spreadsheet does. And the assumptions are yours to adjust if you know something the books don't yet.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

You pick a plan or you don't. Business plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and you can cancel in the app. We don't take a credit card for the trial.

What does Clockwork cost?

Plans for businesses start at $599 a month billed annually, or $749 month-to-month. Every plan includes unlimited users, QuickBooks and Xero integrations, Excel and Google Sheets import, and setup that takes about five minutes with no onboarding fee.

Free 14-day trial. No credit card.

Connect your books and Clockwork builds the model. Five minutes from now you'll know more about your cash than you did all quarter.
