Ultimate is $1,199/month on annual billing ($1,499 month-to-month) and adds multi-entity consolidation, anomaly detection and advanced Smart Alerts, and board-ready reporting. Accounting firms get wholesale pricing from $799/month on annual billing (10 client files), and every firm plan includes Mira, the full model, and the weekly cash flow forecast on every client file. Is there a free trial?
Yes. Business plans come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can connect your accounting system, build a forecast, and run scenarios during the trial. Firm plans start with a sales conversation instead.
Do you charge per user or per client?
No. Clockwork is billed per company, not per seat — users are unlimited on every plan. Firm plans are sized by how many client files you work in, as a fair-use allowance rather than a hard licence count: up to 10 on Start, 30 on Scale, and 80 on Growth, with higher allowances scoped on Enterprise. If you outgrow your tier we'll move you up, not bill you per file.
How does Clockwork pricing compare to Jirav, Mosaic, or Fathom?
Jirav's published wholesale pricing starts around $50 per client per month and cannot consolidate multiple entities at all. Fathom is cheaper per client but has no payroll integration and no weekly cash flow at any tier. What integrations are included at this price?
QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Excel/CSV import, and Google Sheets, all included. No integration fees, no tier gates.
Is setup included, or do I pay for onboarding?
Standard setup is included and takes about 5 minutes. Connect your accounting system, Clockwork pulls your data, and Mira drafts your first forecast. No onboarding fees. White-glove concierge setup is available for Ultimate, firms, and enterprises; pricing on request.
Can I cancel anytime?
Business plans, yes — month-to-month billing with no long-term contract, and you cancel from inside the app. Accounting firm plans work differently: they run on an annual contract at wholesale pricing, billed either monthly or annually, and they renew for a further term unless you give notice. Your renewal and notice terms are set out in your agreement.
