Part-Time Social Media & Podcast Marketer

Clockwork.ai is growing fast, and we’re looking for a scrappy, creative, and data-curious marketer to help us amplify our voice across social and audio channels. You’ll work directly with our VP of Marketing and CEO to build and run social campaigns, test new ideas, and bring our podcast and brand to life. If you’re the kind of person who loves experimenting with formats, scheduling posts one day and pitching wild new campaign ideas the next, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Own:
• Social media calendar: Plan and manage weekly content for Clockwork.ai and our CEO
• Content creation & posting: Draft, design (using tools like Canva or Figma), and schedule posts
• Podcast production: Manage two ongoing shows, from booking guests to filming episodes, and either editing in-house or coordinating with a partner to get them production-ready
• Content distribution: Break episodes into snackable social clips, write captions, and promote them across channels
• Channel expansion & testing: Experiment with new formats on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or X
• Creative campaign testing: Pitch weird ideas, run A/B tests, and learn what resonates
